Subscription Terms and Conditions

When you enroll in a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of the selected product at the delivery frequency presented and accepted at checkout.

Your subscription:

• Begins when your initial subscription payment is successfully processed
• Automatically renews at the delivery frequency selected at checkout
• Continues until you cancel it in accordance with these Subscription Terms
• Does not require a minimum number of shipments unless a specific offer clearly states otherwise before enrollment

At each renewal, you authorize Lymphatic Health Co. and its payment processors to charge your stored payment method for the applicable subscription price, taxes, and any other charges disclosed to you.

Your payment method will be charged automatically without requiring additional authorization from you before each renewal, unless additional authorization is required by applicable law.

Subscription pricing may reflect a discounted rate compared with the price of a one-time purchase. The price and any applicable savings will be displayed when you enroll.

Subscription discounts, promotional prices, and other savings:

• Apply only while the applicable subscription or promotion remains active
• May be subject to separate eligibility requirements or promotional terms
• May be changed or discontinued prospectively, as permitted by law

We may change the price of future subscription renewals. If we make a material price change, we will provide advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before the new price is charged when required by applicable law.

If you do not agree to a future price change, you must cancel your subscription before the changed price takes effect. If you cancel, future purchases will be charged at the then-current one-time purchase price unless you later re-enroll in an available subscription.

You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time. Where those options are available, you may also pause your subscription, change its delivery frequency, or skip an upcoming order.

You may make subscription changes through your online subscription portal or by contacting us at hello@lymphatichealthco.com .

To prevent an upcoming renewal charge or shipment, your requested change must be completed before the renewal order has been processed. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or stopped after processing has begun.

If a cancellation request is received after a renewal order has already been processed, the cancellation will apply to future renewals. The processed order may still be charged and shipped as scheduled, subject to the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee described in Section 7 and any rights available under applicable law.

Skipping an individual order does not cancel your subscription. Unless you cancel or make another change, your subscription will resume according to its applicable delivery schedule after the skipped order.

There are no subscription cancellation fees.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing and payment information and to promptly update that information if it changes.

By enrolling in a subscription, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us and our payment processors to store and charge that payment method for each subscription order.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may:

• Attempt to process the payment again
• Ask you to update your payment information
• Delay or pause an upcoming shipment
• Suspend or cancel the subscription

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to applicable taxes and any other charges disclosed at checkout.

Standard U.S. shipping is currently free on eligible subscription orders, as shown at checkout.

Orders typically leave our fulfillment facility within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier performance, weather, holidays, and other circumstances.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address and for updating your subscription address before an upcoming order is processed.

We cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed after an order has been processed. If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or otherwise undeliverable for reasons outside our control, actual shipping or carrier charges may be deducted from any refund, except where prohibited by law.

Eligible subscription purchases made directly through lymphatichealthco.com are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (the “Guarantee”).

Eligibility

• You must contact us within 30 calendar days after the applicable order is delivered, based on carrier tracking
• The Guarantee may be used once per customer or household
• The refund is limited to the purchase price of one bottle of Lympha
• The eligible bottle may be opened or unopened
• The purchase must have been made directly through lymphatichealthco.com

If an eligible subscription order contains more than one bottle, the Guarantee covers one opened or unopened bottle. Additional unopened bottles from the same order are eligible for return if you contact us within the same 30-day period and the bottles remain sealed, unused, and in their original condition.

The Guarantee may apply to an eligible initial subscription order or renewal shipment, but it may be used only once per customer or household.

Canceling versus requesting a refund

Canceling a subscription stops future eligible renewals that have not already been processed. Canceling does not automatically refund an order that has already been processed, charged, or shipped.

To request a refund for a processed subscription order, you must separately contact us and satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email hello@lymphatichealthco.com with your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

We may ask for reasonable information needed to verify the order and prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims. You are not required to provide a detailed explanation of why the product was not right for you.

Please do not mail a product to us without return authorization. We generally do not require the return of an opened bottle. If we ask you to return an eligible product, we will provide return instructions and, for U.S. orders, a prepaid return label.

Refund timing and exclusions

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for your bank or payment provider to post the credit.

Original expedited-shipping charges, international shipping charges, customs duties, taxes that are not refundable to us, gift cards, and purchases made through practitioners, retailers, marketplaces, or other third parties are not refundable under the Guarantee.

Purchases made through a practitioner, retailer, marketplace, or other third party are subject to the return and refund policies of the original seller.

We reserve the right to deny claims that are duplicative, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the purpose of the Guarantee, subject to applicable law.

Except for the Guarantee, protections for damaged, incorrect, or missing orders, and any non-waivable rights provided by law, we do not offer returns or refunds for changes of mind after the 30-day period.

Subscription products are intended for personal or household use only and may not be resold or redistributed without our prior written authorization.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or suspend or cancel a subscription that we reasonably believe is being used for unauthorized resale, distribution, fraud, abuse, or another prohibited purpose.

We may suspend or terminate a subscription if we reasonably believe there has been:

• Fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Misuse or abuse of a subscription or promotional offer
• Unauthorized resale or redistribution
• Repeated payment failure
• A violation of these Subscription Terms or the Website Terms & Conditions

We may also discontinue a subscription program or product prospectively. If we cancel an order after collecting payment and do not ship the order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.

Termination of a subscription does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration provisions incorporated from the Website Terms & Conditions.

Disputes arising out of or relating to a subscription, these Subscription Terms, or a subscription purchase are subject to the dispute-resolution provisions in the Website Terms & Conditions , including the informal resolution process, binding individual arbitration agreement, class action waiver, jury trial waiver, small-claims exception, and arbitration opt-out procedure described there.

Nothing in these Subscription Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your place of residence.
